• By visiting this site (“website”) and/ or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Conditions”), including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or expressly included with any item offered for sale and/or available by hyperlink. These Conditions apply to all users of the website, including but not limited to users who are browsers, vendors and/or clients.
• You must carefully read these Conditions before accessing or using the website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Conditions.
• If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you must not access the website or place any order. All items offered for sale are offered subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, as may be amended from time to time.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or
• Change these Conditions from time to time and your continued use of the Website (or any part of) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. • We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain the Website. The Website is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension, or withdrawal of all or part of the Website due to circumstances beyond our control.

Client warranties

• By utilizing the website, you represent and warrant that:
• you are a person who have reached the age of majority as legislatively defined in South Africa; and
• you are not subject to any legal prohibition which restricts or prevents you from utilizing the website; our products & services and/or placing an order and/or purchasing any items offered on the website.
• you undertake and warrant that you will furnish all information required to register you as a SA Tactical (Institute) / www.satactical.co.za client in respect of the website (if so required by SA Tactical), to monitor and update your account and other information, including but not limited to your email address and credit card particulars, to enable SA Tactical to complete your transactions and contact you if needed.

Electronic Communications

• When you (“Client”) visits the website or sends e-mails to SA Tactical, you consent to receive communications from SA Tactical, electronically and agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications sent by SA Tactical, satisfies any legal requirements, including but not limited, to the requirement that such communications should be "in writing".

Limitations

• No person, business, or website may link to any page on this site without the prior written permission of SA Tactical. No person, business, or website may use any technology to search and gain any information from this site without the prior written permission of SA Tactical.
•  SA Tactical reserves the right to limit the sale of items offered on its website to any person (natural or legal) or geographic region. It may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
• SA Tactical reserves the right to limit the quantities of any items that it may offer for sale.

• Neither SA Tactical nor any of its agents or representatives shall be liable for any damage, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising from the use or inability to use this website or the services or content provided from and through this website. Furthermore, SA Tactical makes no representations or warranties, implied or otherwise, that, amongst others, the content and technology available from this website are free from errors or omissions or that the service will be 100% uninterrupted and error free.
• This website has not been compiled or supplied to meet the Client's individual requirements. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to satisfy itself prior to entering into this agreement with SA Tactical that the service available from and through this website will meet the Client's individual requirements and be compatible with the Client's hardware and/or software.
• Information, ideas, and opinions expressed on this site should not be regarded as professional advice or the official opinion of SA Tactical and Clients are encouraged to consult their representatives for advice.
• This web site may contain information or pricing which is not always current. Such historical information is provided for reference purposes only. You further agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our website. You agree that by utilizing the website after any changes were affected thereto indicates your acceptance of any such change.

Costs

• The price of each product is displayed with the product. South African Value-added tax is not always included in the price displayed with each product, For International markets, no VAT is displayed at checkout. The prices are subject to change without notice.

Inspection of goods

• It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that there is an accountable person at the delivery address to inspect and sign for the goods. We cannot accept liability for damages or errors if goods have been fitted, and assembled or if the Client has had the goods in his/her possession for more than 5 (five) days. Please ensure that you keep the original packaging in case you have any reason to return your purchases to us at SA Tactical.

Agreements of Sale

• Placing an item in a cart without completing the purchase cycle does not:
• constitute an agreement of sale between SA Tactical and Clients cannot hold SA Tactical liable if such items are not in stock;
• stock when the purchase cycle is completed later; and/or
• Constitute an order for such an item; and
• SA Tactical may remove such an item from the shopping cart if no stock is available.
• An agreement of sale between SA Tactical and the Client in respect of any order placed by the Client shall only be concluded once SA Tactical has confirmed its acceptance of the order.
• If any terms and conditions are specifically indicated as being applicable to any item offered for sale, the agreement of sale in respect of such item also includes and is subject to such terms and conditions.

SA Tactical:

• Reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order if the Client fails to timeously effect full payment of the purchase price.
• shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices. However, should an error occur, and items are offered at incorrect prices, SA Tactical shall correct the price as soon as it becomes aware of the incorrect price, whereafter the items will be subject to the corrected price.

Stock Availability

• Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. SA Tactical shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available.
• SA Tactical shall not attract any liability if stock is unavailable, and the unavailability is due to circumstances beyond SA Tactical’s control.

Privacy

• SA Tactical shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of Clients.
• SA Tactical may electronically collect, store and use the following personal information of Clients:
• Name and surname
• Address
• Contact details
• IP address
• Email address
• Banking details
• Banking card details
• All personal information collected is subject to all relevant South African privacy legislation.
• SA Tactical collects stores and uses the abovementioned information for the following purposes:
• For purpose of identifying the Client when he/she accesses the SA Tactical website;
• Subject to the Client's consent, inform the Client of facts relating to his/her access and use of the SA Tactical website;
• Subject to the Client's consent, inform the Client about competitions and special offers offered by SA Tactical.
• To verify the identity of the Client when transacting with SA Tactical.
• To ensure that the goods are received by the addressee.
• The information detailed above is provided voluntarily by the Client. SA Tactical may collect, maintain, save, compile and share any information collected from Clients, subject to the following provisions:
• SA Tactical shall not disclose personal information from Clients to third parties unless the Client consents thereto;
• SA Tactical shall disclose information without the Client's consent only through due legal process; and
• SA Tactical owns and retains all rights to the non-personal statistical information collected and compiled by SA Tactical

Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

• It may happen that information on our website contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions which may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times and availability. SA Tactical reserves the right to, at any time and without prior notice to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and update any inaccurate information.

Severability

• In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Conditions, such severance shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Termination

• All obligations and/or liabilities of the parties incurred prior to termination of any agreement concluded on the website subject to these Conditions shall survive the termination of the agreement for all purposes.
• These Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to be bound by these Conditions, you terminate your registration with SA Tactical to utilize the website or when you cease to use the website.
• SA Tactical may, in its sole discretion, and if you, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

Waiver, Entire agreement and Variation

• The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• These Conditions and any policies or rules included on this site or in relation to the Conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and SA Tactical and govern your use of the website. No undertaking, agreement, warranty, proposals or any similar action shall have any force or effect unless it is specifically included herein.
• Only SA Tactical is permitted to vary these Conditions. Such variations shall only become effective once SA Tactical has published the amended conditions on the website.

Governing law and Jurisdiction

• These Conditions and any sale agreements which may result therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
• South African courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute that may result or flow from these Conditions or any related sale agreement.
