Hosted at the premier Pro Action Gym in Durban North, this intensive workshop is designed to strip away vulnerability and replace it with raw, actionable capability. Combining professional tactical mindset training with the devastatingly effective, real-world striking mechanics of Muay Thai, attendees will learn how to read threats early, assert dominant boundaries, and—if necessary—physically neutralize a threat to protect life and get home safely.
